After earning a graduate degree in Information Engineering from a national university, I began my career at a local company that had commercialized my research. I later co-founded a startup with my former supervisor, and after selling the business, I moved to Belgium to continue development work with the acquiring company. Upon returning to Japan, I joined a Tokyo-based development firm, where I was appointed as the local representative of its Singapore subsidiary. While in Singapore, I founded Red Dot Drone, and upon returning to Japan, I went on to establish Red Dot Drone Japan.

Entrepreneurial Motivation
With my background in the entertainment industry, where I worked with ground-based cameras and computer graphics, I was both inspired and challenged when drones emerged as ‘flying cameras.’ Driven by a mix of excitement and creative rivalry, I set out to harness aerial imagery through my software—laying the foundation for Red Dot Drone.

From an early age, I was captivated by programming—teaching myself machine language in the third grade and creating games for my friends. While I enjoyed the challenge of coding, what motivated me most was the joy on my friends’ faces as they played my creations. Looking back, I see a common thread throughout my career: using technology to bring people together and enrich their experiences, whether at live events, on stage, in the workplace, or within a team. Today, I remain dedicated to developing services and products that bring smiles to people and make a positive impact on society. I welcome all who share this vision to join me in building the future.

AI Engineer

Job Description: The main role is to support our VP-level machine learning engineer and assist in system development.
Depending on your experience, you may be tasked with independently building simple systems.
In addition to learning from other members about machine learning, you'll also collaborate with engineers in other domains, opening new opportunities to apply ML in fresh fields.
We value constant collaboration and growth through discussion, so we’re looking for candidates who can work onsite at our Osaka headquarters.
Main Responsibilities:
・Support lead engineers in building ML systems
・Depending on experience and project content, implement simple systems
・Assist in specs creation and documentation
・Communicate and collaborate with engineers from other fields
Development Environment: TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, NumPy, OpenCV, SciPy

Backend Engineer

Job Description: General server-side and backend development, including:
・API design and implementation, building data processing platforms, and optimizing communication control
・Development considering integration with frontend and native applications
・Driving projects in collaboration with internal and external technical members
You will be involved in the development of our web services and web applications. As these are drone-related services, you will work with middleware around mapping, cloud databases such as Firebase, WebRTC, HLS streaming, MQTT, and more.
Remote work is generally not allowed, but after demonstrating sufficient familiarity with tasks and building mutual trust, working remotely once a week may be considered.
Development Environment: You may use your preferred development tools.
Programming Languages: PHP, Java, Python, Go, Ruby, JavaScript
Required Skills: ・At least 2 years of practical experience in server-side development
・Experience integrating with billing systems
